Able C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) provides this CCTV Policies and Procedures guideline to disclose to which purpose and from what method the Company uses and manages CCTV information processed by the Company.
1. CCTV Installation Background and Purpose
The Company installs and operates CCTV devices in accordance with Article 25-1 of “Personal Information Protection Act”.

To protect the video information of the subject of information and process complaints regarding personal video information, we have assigned the following personnel as supervisors of personal video information.

4. Filming period, storage period, storage location, and processing method of video information

Storage period : The CCTV devices have differing storage capacities and information will be stored up to a maximum of 6 months.
Processing method : The Company will keep and manage records of requests to use, provide to third party, destroy, and access personal video information beyond the scope of its purpose, and upon the end of the storage period, permanently delete all information with a method that ensures the information cannot be recovered (shred or incinerate if printed).
5. Consignment of CCTV Installation, management and etc.
The Company has consigned CCTV installation and management to the following, and has established necessary guidelines according to related laws to ensure the safe management of personal information when employing a contractor.

7. Measures for requests from subject of information to access video information
In accordance with the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Act, the subject of information can request to access the personal video information through methods such as submitting a personal information request form. However, the accessible information is limited to personal video information filmed of the subject of information and personal video information that serves the subject of information’s urgent life, physical, and asset interests. The company will take necessary measures without delay when an access, confirmation of existence, or deletion request of personal video information is received. However, the request to access personal video information by subject of information may be denied in the following cases. In this case, the management supervisor must notify the reason of request denial to the subject of information in writing within 10 days.
·When the personal video information’s storage period has expired and the information has been destroyed
·When there exists other valid reasons to deny the subject of information’s request for access
8. Measures to secure safety of video information
As management measures to protect personal video information, the Company grants personal information access rights in differing grades and keeps and manages records of the use, provision, access, and destruction of personal video information to prevent the forgery or alteration of personal video information. Furthermore, the Company has installed locking devices for safe physical protection of personal video information.
9. Changes in CCTV policy and procedures
The following CCTV policy and procedures guideline was amended on January 15, 2018. In the event of additions, deletions, and amendments of the guidelines due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the Company will disclose the contents and reasons of change on the Company website at least 7 days prior to enforcement.
